Brand Me
Branding me is difficult simply because I am nobody but me. I can’t change who I am or what I can do. I am diverse and not your average teenage boy. I have a talents, I can play the drums, act, and model. I have a swag of my own. My friends would say I am goofy, fun, and outgoing. I’m above average and far from the usual. People around me know because of my dancing with the band. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover and no your worth. There is much more to me than meets the eye. I am intelligent, laid back, honest, and a good friend. I am one of a kind. Often imitated but never duplicated.

Leonard is a Freshman at Worthing High School. He had no friends and walked the halls in an isolated fashion. The kids at Worthing made fun of Leonard’s appearance; thick glasses, suspenders, flooding pants, and an afro! One day, while at lunch, Leonard heard a musical note that was new to him. Leonard walks toward the music and finds himself in the front of the band room (1018). The band members established a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to Leonard. Leonard signs up for the band. He decides to play the cymbals and gets heavenly involved in the drum section. After months of discipline and training, Worthing’s students noticed a change in Leonard’s entire swag. Stop? Look? What do you see? Do you see an intelligent young and fresh African American Male with goal dreams or plan. Don’t judge me for being who I am. Champion is in my blood and being strong is a lifestyle not just a mind set. I am not the typical male product of Worthing. I am so much worth more than words. First impression are tricky. So now who am I beside Jordan Cline.
